Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED or pass internal written assessment
- 6 months of previous janitorial or cleaning experience
- Knowledge of basic janitorial or maintenance skills
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, drive, climb stairs, carry, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to stay awake and alert while on duty
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Empties trash and garbage containers in offices and common areas daily
- Cleans and/or sweeps debris from the entrance area of building
- Vacuums rugs in offices and hallways
- Spot cleans when necessary
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Scrubs and cleans all fixtures in lavatories daily
- Replaces paper products and soaps as needed
- Cleans walls and woodwork as needed
- Empties and cleans water catchers on water coolers
- Notifies supervisor for restocking cleaning agents and required paper products
- May complete some routine exterior maintenance such as sweeping sidewalk, shoveling snow, and mowing grass
