We are currently seeking General Cleaners/Trash Technicians to join our team immediately. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the site, including both indoor and outdoor areas. The position is physically demanding, requiring individuals who can perform heavy lifting, extensive walking across the site (covering miles each shift), and operate necessary equipment safely. The compensation for this role is competitive, with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour.

Candidates should be prepared to work primarily night shifts with two shift options: Sunday through Wednesday from 7 PM to 5:30 AM, and Wednesday through Saturday from 7 PM to 5:30 AM. Operating forklifts or other equipment during the second shift option requires a valid driver’s license. Wearing composite shoes or boots is mandatory due to the physical demands and safety requirements of the job. The role involves essential janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and other communal spaces, ensuring the environment is clean and safe for employees and visitors. In addition, individuals will manage outside areas including the yard, guard shack, and designated smoking areas. The job also encompasses logistics support tasks such as removing and bailing cardboard, moving and stacking pallets, floor cleaning, and operating forklifts.
