Job Requirements

reliable transportation
ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
pass criminal background check and drug screening
capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds
able to stand 80 percent of the work time
ability to climb, stoop, kneel and reach
able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

Job Qualifications

three to six months training or experience in custodial work
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing and standing for extended periods
capacity to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
strong communication skills
capability to learn essential cleaning functions
