Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to pass background checks and registry screenings
- commitment to a drug-free workplace
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work evening shift from 6:30pm to 10:30pm
- willingness to adhere to dress code and safety policies

- prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- ability to work evening shifts
- ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively
- bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus
Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, offices, hallways, stairwells, and common areas
- clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces daily
- empty trash and recycling and dispose of materials properly
- dust surfaces and clean windows, glass, and fixtures
- strip, wax, buff, and maintain floors as required
- restock janitorial supplies in restrooms and closets
- assist with light groundskeeping and snow removal as needed
- report on maintenance or safety concerns to supervision
- perform additional custodial duties assigned
