FDSS Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented Custodial Technician for a part-time position based in Hanover, Maryland. This role is well-suited for dependable and conscientious individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and a well-ordered environment. The Custodial Technician will work the evening shift from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, performing a variety of janitorial and custodial tasks to ensure that the facilities remain sanitary, safe, and welcoming to all occupants and visitors.

Core responsibilities also include emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning windows and fixtures, restocking janitorial supplies, and assisting with minor groundskeeping and snow removal. The technician must adhere to strict safety protocols and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to supervision, ensuring ongoing compliance with workplace standards.

Physical demands of the job require the ability to stand for extended periods, lift or carry up to 50 pounds, and perform movements including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs or ladders. Job Duties
