Custodial Supervisor (PM) – Gateway Center & Coliseum

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Custodial Supervisor to join the UNT University Centers & Events team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Denton, TX, offering a starting salary of $36,336, commensurate with experience. The Custodial Supervisor will lead an evening custodial team, ensuring that high cleaning standards are consistently met across key facilities on campus. This role requires supervising, training, and supporting custodial staff to maintain cleanliness throughout high-traffic areas including the Gateway Center and Coliseum. The supervisor will be responsible for assigning work schedules, inspecting completed work, and coordinating recycling collections and daily custodial operations. In addition, the Custodial Supervisor will ensure that the team has the necessary supplies, equipment, and training needed to succeed in their roles.

Integral to this position is the ability to work collaboratively with other university staff to deliver exceptional event and facility experiences. The Custodial Supervisor will support major campus events by adapting schedules and operations to meet the dynamic needs of a busy campus environment. The role operates primarily Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with flexibility required to support special events. This position is ideal for individuals with at least three years of relevant experience in custodial, facilities, or operations roles, including previous lead or supervisory experience.
