This role is for a full-time Food Service Supervisor joining Aramark’s passionate Food Services Team. The supervisor will work closely with a manager to coordinate and lead daily food service operations, overseeing staff and supporting team collaboration. This position offers an hourly wage from $27.00 to $28.00, reflecting Aramark’s commitment to competitive compensation. Food Service Supervisors are entrusted with ensuring the quality and safety of food, maintaining productive schedules, managing inventory, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- must complete sanitation course before or during first year
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and lead teams effectively
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies and department requirements
- ensure food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
- maintain all serving schedules to meet menu specifications safely
- maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees, counsel, promote growth and teamwork
- maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
