The Custodial Services Worker Lead role in Williamson, NY is a hands-on leadership position within Aramark Facilities Management. This role is responsible for overseeing daily janitorial operations, ensuring that assigned facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The Custodial Services Worker Lead will work closely with custodial team members by following a cleaning route, performing inspections, and providing direct support.
