Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged required
- minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant management experience
- ability to work evening shifts and respond to operational needs outside regular hours
- knowledge of custodial cleaning methods equipment and safety protocols
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- proficiency in microsoft office and facility management or work order systems
- prior experience supervising teams in healthcare or educational settings preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- direct and oversee evening custodial operations across multiple campus facilities including classrooms laboratories offices clinical environments and public spaces
- develop and implement staffing plans cleaning schedules and service standards to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
- monitor operational performance through inspections audits and key performance indicators (kpis)
- ensure proper staffing coverage during evening operations including emergency response situations and special events as needed
- enforce all safety policies and procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment (ppe) and cleaning chemicals
- maintain compliance with client expectations contractual requirements and regulatory standards
- recruit train mentor and supervise custodial personnel including supervisors leads and frontline team members
