This opportunity invites seasoned professionals to join ABM as a Custodial Onsite Account Manager responsible for managing custodial and maintenance services at a prestigious university facility located in Stillwater, OK. This role is ideal for dynamic and results-oriented leaders with a passion for managing high-performing teams within fast-paced and high-profile environments. The successful candidate will either live in, relocate to, or be able to commute within 45 minutes of Stillwater, OK, and will engage in a rotating shift schedule that includes both first and second shifts.
As the Custodial Onsite Account Manager, you will be instrumental in leading a skilled team to deliver exceptional custodial and maintenance operations. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure that their service expectations are not only met but exceeded. Your leadership will extend to financial management including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring budget compliance, along with timely invoicing and cash flow management. You will oversee recruitment, hiring, and training processes to build a competent team aligned with company standards and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, enforcing compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and fostering a safe work environment will be key to your role. Handling payroll accuracy and overseeing safety programs in collaboration with Safety Quality Managers further underscores the comprehensive leadership demands of this role.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3 years management experience in custodial and maintenance services
- excellent leadership and communication abilities
- proficient in budgeting, cost management, and scheduling
- ability to work rotating shifts
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- willingness to reside in, relocate to, or commute within 45 minutes of Stillwater, OK
- valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
- at least 3 years of management experience in maintenance and custodial services, ideally in a university or large campus setting
- strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- experience in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- proven ability to oversee supervisors and field employees effectively
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a talented team to ensure the delivery of professional, high-quality service across custodial and maintenance operations

- take charge of financial performance, ensuring budget compliance and profitability across all areas of responsibility
- ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and follow up on payments to maintain a healthy cash flow
- lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to ensure that all team members are equipped for success, aligning with company procedures and cost-effective strategies
- provide comprehensive training to managers, supervisors, and frontline employees to promote accountability and performance
- monitor and enforce compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and safety standards, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
- manage payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- oversee safety programs and collaborate with Safety Quality Managers to meet or exceed safety standards
- address any incidents, accidents, or injuries by ensuring proper documentation and reporting
