Sodexo is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Custodial Manager 2 to oversee housekeeping and custodial operations at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, particularly focusing on dormitory areas, to support the well-being and comfort of students. As a hands-on leader, the Custodial Manager 2 will have direct responsibility for supervising frontline staff, driving team engagement, and ensuring service excellence.
