Job Requirements
- Full-time employment status
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work on Sundays and Wednesdays for truck deliveries
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders
- Availability for the fixed schedule of 5:00 am to 2:00 pm

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning duties inside of the restaurant areas
- Perform outdoor sidewalk power washing and window washing
- Perform planned maintenance on kitchen equipment
- Filter and vat cleaning on grills and fryers
- Receive and stock two weekly truck orders
- Replace light bulbs, filters and basic rooftop maintenance as needed
- Maintain organization of dry storage area, fridge and freezer
- Check functionality of safety systems such as fire alarm
- Report to a facilities or Maintenance Team Lead for issues
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
- Take out and empty trash compactor
