We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Custodial Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities while fostering an inclusive environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive professionally. The Custodial Supervisor will lead a team of program participants who have been trained in janitorial services, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure all custodial tasks are performed to high standards. This position reports directly to the Area Site Supervisor and requires a leader who not only excels in custodial duties but who is also committed to supporting the personal and professional growth of individuals with disabilities.

The role involves the supervision and direct support of program participants, ensuring that all assigned cleaning duties are completed efficiently and effectively. The Custodial Supervisor coordinates backup support when necessary and personally assumes cleaning responsibilities when needed. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and maintaining janitorial equipment to ensure smooth operation. Accurate documentation and timely communication with supervisors about ongoing needs and incidents are key components of this role. Additionally, the Custodial Supervisor is expected to respond to emergencies promptly and professionally, providing calm and effective leadership in critical situations. This position also includes transporting program participants to and from job sites using agency vehicles, demanding a reliable individual with a valid driver’s license.
