Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3–5 years of custodial, facilities, environmental services, or operations management experience
- Prior experience supervising large teams in healthcare, higher education, research, or institutional environments preferred
- Ability to work evenings and respond to operational needs outside of regular business hours when necessary

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee evening custodial operations across multiple campus facilities including classrooms, laboratories, offices, clinical environments, and public spaces
- Develop and implement staffing plans, cleaning schedules, and service standards to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
- Monitor operational performance through inspections, audits, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
