We are currently searching for hardworking, energetic early risers to join our Cleaning Crew as Custodians at Celebration Cinema Crossroads. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests to experience movies and create memories. As a custodian, your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and parking lots on a daily basis. You will be the magical force behind creating spaces where stories happen by performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, trash removal, seat and bathroom cleaning, window washing, and more. In addition to daily cleaning, you may also assist with seasonal indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks, including snow removal.

The custodian role at Celebration Cinema Crossroads requires excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This position involves physical activity including standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating commercial cleaning equipment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working a schedule that may include weekends and holidays, embracing the dynamic nature of the entertainment industry.
