Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years server experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to follow company standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years server experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Salesmanship skills to promote menu items
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- Ability to operate computerized order processing systems
Job Duties
- Answering curbside phone immediately and making suggestions and answering questions regarding food and beverages
- Practice salesmanship to enhance the guest experience
- Use guests' names regularly throughout calls and during order pick-up
- Take and record food and beverage orders from guests
- Process guests' orders accurately using the computer terminal
- Process payment for each guest
- Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverages to guests curbside
