Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 6 AM PT and 5 PM PT with a 30 minute lunch
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to participate in training Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM PT with a 45 minute lunch
- must have strong understanding of cruise products, destinations, and Cunard brand standards
- familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., POLAR or similar)
- excellent communication and sales skills
- ability to manage time and multitask in a call-driven environment
- capable of handling problem-solving and critical thinking tasks
- ability to maintain detailed and accurate data entry
- ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication style
- must work both independently and collaboratively to meet sales goals
- this is a remote position within the US excluding specific states (AR, CT, DE, HI, IA, KY, LA, ME, MT, MS, ND, NE, NH, SD, VT, WV, WY)
Job Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cruise products, destinations, and Cunard brand standards
- familiarity with reservation systems such as POLAR or similar
- knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices
- basic understanding of pricing structures, promotions, and booking policies
- excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively

Job Duties
- Convert inquiries into bookings by recommending itineraries, accommodations, and onboard experiences that align with guest preferences
- accurately process new reservations, payments, changes, and upgrades
- provide professional, courteous assistance for questions, concerns, and booking modifications
- resolve issues effectively while maintaining Cunard's premium brand standards
- maintain in-depth knowledge of Cunard voyages, promotions, policies, and procedures
- represent the Cunard brand with expertise and confidence in all guest interactions
- meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- accurately document call activity, sales metrics, and guest feedback as required
- work cross-functionally with internal teams to escalate guest concerns, support promotional campaigns, and provide feedback for service enhancements
