The company prides itself not only on technological leadership but also on nurturing an award-winning culture built on inclusion, fairness, meaningful community engagement, and creating an exceptional employee experience. This supportive and dynamic workplace environment fosters professional growth and encourages employees to thrive and innovate in their respective roles. Cirrus Logic’s dedication to its workforce and its commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful products have established it as a prestigious and highly sought-after employer in the tech industry.
This open position lies within Cirrus Logic’s Marketing Communication and Employee Engagement team, a critical and high-visibility group responsible for shaping and enriching the employee journey through strategic event execution and engaging programs. The role centers on assisting with the planning and delivery of diverse employee events, including annual celebrations like holiday parties, employee recognition events, and various culture programming initiatives such as surprise and delight moments, happy hours, and birthday celebrations. Additionally, this role involves ownership of the corporate swag program, managing inventory and vendor relationships to ensure memorable and meaningful employee gifts are timely and well-coordinated.
The role requires detailed financial oversight capabilities, including budget management and expense tracking to maintain seamless execution of engagements. Communication is key in this position, with responsibilities encompassing the drafting of internal communications, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to develop detailed communication plans, and promoting clarity and alignment regarding event strategies and updates. Furthermore, the individual will contribute to post-event initiatives by conducting surveys, compiling engagement data, analyzing feedback, and providing insight for continuous improvement of employee experience programs.
The selected candidate will bring creativity and an innovative mindset, continuously researching industry trends to introduce fresh ideas, new vendors, and innovative themes to elevate events and cultural programs. Operationally, the position demands strong project management skills to document processes, assess efficiencies, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to enhance workflows and team productivity. Capturing engaging content at events for diverse communication channels will also be part of the role, supporting Cirrus Logic’s mission to foster transparent and relatable internal communications.
Success in this role is supported by a proactive, self-motivated approach, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships across the company. An ideal candidate will thrive in social settings at large events and manage multiple projects effectively while adapting to evolving priorities. This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about employee engagement, energized by coordinating memorable experiences, and committed to creating a workplace culture where individuals feel valued and inspired.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and should not require an export license to access technical data as per applicable export control laws. Cirrus Logic embraces diversity and inclusivity in its recruitment, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process that respects different perspectives and backgrounds.
