The role of Cultivation Technician 1 at MPV is a full-time, first-shift position integral to the day-to-day operations of the cultivation department. As a Cultivation Technician 1, you will be responsible for supporting the entire cultivation process, from preparing grow rooms to maintaining plant health and safety. The position involves tasks such as cleaning and resetting grow rooms, setting up pots and materials for transplanting, cloning plants, and maintaining clone trays. You will also assist with irrigation and nutrient mixing, monitor plant health, apply biological controls and pesticides safely, process plant waste, and ensure that all work areas are clean and sanitized. Your role will also include reporting any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to help maintain operational efficiency.
