Situated in Marion, Iowa, this community offers several unique levels of living including independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care. With a welcoming, family-based culture centered on a commitment both to provide quality care and foster a supportive work environment, Terrace Glen Village stands out as a leader in senior care. Shifts are flexible, with opportunities for full-time positions (30+ hours per week) as well as part-time roles (up to 29 hours per week), offering 4, 8, and 12-hour shift options to accommodate various schedules. The role includes collaborative teamwork, supporting a positive dining experience, and following rigorous food safety and sanitation procedures.

In addition to the dynamic working environment, Terrace Glen Village values its team members by providing extensive benefits that promote health and happiness such as health, dental, and vision care plans (with company cost share for full-time employees), an employee assistance program offering counseling services, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off, holiday premium pay, volunteer time off, competitive wages with shift differentials, referral bonuses, service award bonuses, career development opportunities, tuition assistance, and certification course payments. The community encourages a fun and engaging team atmosphere, fostering professional growth and work-life balance.
