Job Requirements
- Three or more years of volume cooking experience in a similar or larger operation
- Experience with recipe development and large batch cooking
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, storage, and sanitation
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and hospitality laws
- Ability to communicate effectively with departments, guests, and vendors
- Ability to manage difficult situations professionally
- Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Servsafe certification required prior to hire
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in volume cooking at a similar or larger operation
- Experience with recipe development and large batch cooking
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, storage, and sanitation
- Understanding of food and beverage industry trends
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local hospitality laws

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute entrees according to restaurant standards
- Develop and adjust recipes for large batch cooking
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, storage, and sanitation
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, guests, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
- Handle challenging situations professionally
- Regularly lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds
