Job Requirements

  • Three or more years of volume cooking experience in a similar or larger operation
  • Experience with recipe development and large batch cooking
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, storage, and sanitation
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and hospitality laws
  • Ability to communicate effectively with departments, guests, and vendors
  • Ability to manage difficult situations professionally
  • Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Servsafe certification required prior to hire

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in volume cooking at a similar or larger operation

  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, storage, and sanitation
  • Understanding of food and beverage industry trends
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local hospitality laws

  • Develop and adjust recipes for large batch cooking

  • Regularly lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds
