Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years working in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
  • Previous supervisory or lead cook experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including AM PM weekends and holidays
  • Strong passion for food and culinary excellence
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality and Hyatt brand standards

  • Culinary leader ready to grow into Sous Chef
  • Passionate about food flavor and execution
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a high-volume restaurant kitchen preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant and lobby bar kitchen team with energy and focus ensuring top-quality consistent food at every service
  • Inspire cooks and build a strong team culture centered on passion for food
  • Partner with Sous Chef Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu execution new dish testing and continuous improvement
  • Support banquet production when needed while thriving in the restaurant-driven environment
  • Take ownership of quality training and service standards while preparing for career advancement within Hyatt
