Job Requirements
- have 1-2 years or more experience working in a fast-casual, QSR, or full-service kitchen
- have at least 1 year of experience supervising a team including scheduling
- hold a ServeSafe Managers License
- maintain meticulous cleanliness standards
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively
- be passionate about food and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee daily operations of the test kitchen including cleanliness, organization, ordering, and inventory
- serve as culinary lead for third-party brand partners
- run DashMart Kitchens University providing on-site training to site managers
- collaborate with Selection Strategy and Operations lead to analyze brand performance and identify innovation opportunities
- manage and mentor Development Commis
- report directly to the Lead R&D Chef
- support launch of new DashMart Kitchen locations and concepts
