Job Requirements

  • have 1-2 years or more experience working in a fast-casual, QSR, or full-service kitchen
  • have at least 1 year of experience supervising a team including scheduling
  • hold a ServeSafe Managers License
  • maintain meticulous cleanliness standards
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively
  • be passionate about food and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of the test kitchen including cleanliness, organization, ordering, and inventory
  • serve as culinary lead for third-party brand partners
  • run DashMart Kitchens University providing on-site training to site managers
  • collaborate with Selection Strategy and Operations lead to analyze brand performance and identify innovation opportunities
  • manage and mentor Development Commis
  • report directly to the Lead R&D Chef
  • support launch of new DashMart Kitchen locations and concepts
