Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality and food service company currently hiring seasonal Culinary Supervisors to join the team at the exciting new Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. The Culinary Supervisor role is designed for an experienced cook who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about leading teams to deliver high-quality culinary products and outstanding guest experiences. Responsible for supervising all kitchen staff and ensuring that food preparation meets Delaware North's high standards, this position calls for a leader who can effectively manage food production, organize work areas, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment. The supervisor will also oversee proper food safety practices such as labeling, rotation, and storage and ensure food cost controls are adhered to in alignment with culinary leadership's parameters.

Job Requirements
- No college degree required
- At least two years' experience as a line cook including supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive and detailed oriented
- Basic math skills with an ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions

Job Duties
- Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
- Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
- Perform opening, closing and side work duties
- Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
- Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests
- Perform other duties as assigned
