Delaware North will manage stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services at Nu Stadium, bringing innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami’s vibrant culture while elevating classic stadium favorites. This role is perfect for an experienced cook who enjoys leading teams and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment like game day operations.
As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring food preparation and production meet quality standards, overseeing kitchen organization and cleanliness, and maintaining food safety protocols such as proper storage, labeling, and rotation. You will supervise team members effectively, execute opening and closing duties, and work closely with culinary leadership to manage food costs. Your ability to collaborate with team members and restaurant managers will directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the stadium’s food service operations.
This seasonal position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour and provides an engaging work atmosphere where every day brings exciting challenges and opportunities. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status. As part of this role, you will embody Delaware North’s core values of hospitality, teamwork, integrity, and excellence, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture that values each individual’s contribution.
In summary, this Culinary Supervisor position at Nu Stadium offers not only a competitive wage and meaningful work experience but also a chance to be part of an innovative team shaping the future of hospitality in one of South Florida’s premier entertainment destinations.
