Currently, they are hiring seasonal Culinary Supervisors to join their dynamic team at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. Miami Freedom Park is set to be a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination, scheduled to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. The role of Culinary Supervisor at Miami Freedom Park is designed for experienced cooks who excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments and take pride in delivering outstanding food quality and service. This role offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $23.00 to $25.00. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will supervise team members to ensure all food preparation and production adhere to quality standards. You will maintain cleanliness and organization in key food storage areas and ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly. Supervising proper food handling including breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food items is critical, as is performing opening, closing, and ancillary duties associated with kitchen operations. Managing food costs within set culinary leadership parameters and partnering with restaurant managers and team members to satisfy guests are other essential responsibilities. The Culinary Supervisor plays a pivotal role in creating a seamless and enjoyable culinary experience for guests, driving both operational efficiency and culinary excellence.
