Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking full-time and part-time Culinary Supervisors to join their dynamic team at Lambeau Field. This role is ideal for experienced cooks who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take pride in delivering culinary excellence and exceptional food service. Culinary Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring that food preparation and production meet the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00 and provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and growth of team members.

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising team members and overseeing daily kitchen operations, including maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage areas such as walk-ins and freezers. You will ensure all kitchen equipment is functional and that food storage protocols like proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage are strictly adhered to. Your duties will also include managing food costs within the parameters set by culinary leadership and enforcing inventory and labor control measures. Additionally, you will be tasked with performing opening, closing, and side work duties, training new and existing team members under management direction, and partnering with restaurant managers and team members to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.

This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. The ability to motivate and direct the activities of a diverse team while ensuring compliance with food safety standards is crucial. Culinary Supervisors must be physically able to meet the demands of the job, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, reaching, and handling heavy trays up to 50 pounds. Working conditions alternate between climate-controlled indoor environments and areas with temperature fluctuations such as warehouse and kitchen settings.

Employees enjoy weekly pay, flexible work schedules, employee discounts, and opportunities for training and professional growth. Eligible team members may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

If you are passionate about culinary arts and thrive in a bustling, high-volume environment like Lambeau Field, Delaware North Sportservice offers a rewarding opportunity to grow your career while playing a significant role in delivering memorable food experiences to guests at one of the most iconic sports venues in the country.
