Delaware North Sportservice is a premier hospitality and food service provider known for delivering exceptional experiences at some of the most iconic venues around the world. Since 2012, Delaware North has been operating concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The opportunity available is for a full-time Culinary Supervisor position based at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. This role is perfect for experienced cooks who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and seek to deliver culinary excellence to guests. The Culinary Supervisor will lead back-of-house operations, ensuring quality control in food preparation, team coordination, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 and is designed for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment filled with teamwork and excitement. Notably, the position involves overseeing food cost management, inventory control, training new and existing team members, and collaborating closely with restaurant managers to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a back-of-house restaurant or food service position in a high-volume environment
- one-year supervisory experience preferred
- high school diploma or GED required
- ability to complete and maintain required food safety certifications
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong time management and organizational skills
- ability to stand for entire shift and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
- effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
- perform opening, closing and side work duties
- actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
- adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures
- perform inventory counts as requested
- train new and existing team members under the direction of management
- partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests
