This position demands open availability across various shifts, with specific details provided during the interview process. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role by providing hands-on supervision of daily food production and kitchen operations. The role further involves supporting onboarding and training of culinary team members, ensuring all team members meet quality and safety benchmarks. Candidates must demonstrate the physical capability to lift and move heavy items regularly and show reliability by arriving on time for shifts consistently.

This supervisory position is ideal for individuals with at least 2 to 4 years of culinary experience, preferably with some leadership background or prior roles as a lead cook. Experience in high-volume culinary settings or event-based operations is highly advantageous. Proficiency in culinary techniques such as batch cooking and just-in-time production is preferred. Certifications in food safety, including Food Handler or ServSafe Manager certifications, are mandatory where applicable. Sodexo emphasizes continuous training, career advancement, and offers a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, and other employee discount programs.
