This particular opportunity is for a Culinary Supervisor position at Lucas Oil Stadium, under Sodexo’s culinary team. This is a part-time role with a competitive pay range of $24.00 to $25.00 per hour and varying shifts which offer open availability as a preference. The Culinary Supervisor acts as an essential leadership role within the kitchen environment, directly supporting Sous Chefs, Executive Chefs, and Senior Cooks. The supervisor oversees daily food production and kitchen operations to ensure dining experiences meet rigorous standards for quality, consistency, food safety, and sanitation.

The role requires a hands-on approach to supervision where the Culinary Supervisor actively participates in food preparation and directs workflow to maintain efficiency and safety. They coordinate the culinary staff and monitor production schedules while enforcing recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency. The job involves leadership in high-volume, multi-outlet or event-based culinary settings and includes tasks that might change according to the specific needs and business objectives of the venue.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • minimum of 2 to 4 years of culinary experience required
  • prior lead cook or kitchen leadership experience preferred
  • experience in high-volume, multi-outlet, or event-based culinary operations preferred
  • working knowledge of batch cooking and just-in-time production methods preferred
  • ability to read and execute production sheets, prep lists, and event orders
  • food handler or food safety certification required where applicable
  • ServSafe Manager or equivalent certification required where applicable

Job Qualifications
