We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by leading and supervising the kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for maintaining high food safety and quality standards, overseeing food preparation processes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, as well as training staff on proper food handling and safety procedures. In addition, this role requires close coordination with front-of-house staff to guarantee timely and accurate food service to our guests.
