As a Kitchen Manager at Topgolf, you will take a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position involves supervising and leading a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, to deliver high-quality food that meets the company’s standards. You will oversee food preparation, ensuring recipe adherence and portion control, and you will manage inventory levels to maintain an adequate stock of supplies and ingredients. Your role will also include training staff on proper food handling, cooking techniques, safety procedures, and maintaining compliance with rigorous food safety and sanitation standards.

In this role, effective leadership and strong communication skills are essential. You will coordinate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate food service, resolving any kitchen-related issues or emergencies with quick decision-making and calm under pressure.   • Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes
