Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation course prior to or within the first year
- ability to work full-time including possible evening and weekend shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- basic math skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
