The Culinary Supervisor role at Aramark is a full-time position designed for a passionate and professional individual eager to advance their career in the food service industry. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing employee schedules, supervising food preparation and production to meet exact standards, and enforcing food safety policies in compliance with Aramark guidelines. You will oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance to support operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Additionally, the role involves coaching and developing the team, monitoring individual and group performance, and resolving conflicts to maintain a constructive and motivated workforce.

Communication is a key element of the Culinary Supervisor’s responsibilities, requiring regular engagement with employees and collaboration with management to support seamless operations. You will also participate in meetings, help organize catering events including evening and weekend functions, and handle cashier duties as needed. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or culinary supervision
  • ability to work full-time including occasional evenings and weekends
  • valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
