The Culinary Supervisor role at Sodexo, based at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center, is a full-time position offering an hourly pay range of $24.00 to $28.00. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen activities, maintaining high culinary standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional food service. Working varying shifts with a preference for open availability, the Culinary Supervisor acts as the hands-on leader, overseeing daily food production and kitchen operations to guarantee consistency, quality, and compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
In this supervisory capacity, you will directly support Senior Cooks and assist Sous Chefs and Executive Chefs in coordinating production schedules and service requirements. Your leadership ensures adherence to standardized recipes and portion controls while maintaining safe, efficient kitchen practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence culinary outcomes across multiple outlets or event-based settings, adapting responsibilities according to kitchen structure and event volume.

Physical demands include the ability to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds. Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential attributes for success in this position.
