Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support the Culinary Manager and Assistant Manager in culinary operations
- Ensure quality and standards are adhered to
- Understand and apply Erewhon brand and café menu knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, recipes, and production methods
- Collaborate on daily requirements and inventory par levels
- Monitor and test food quality and presentation
- Complete end of day inventory and opening/closing duties
- Maintain freshness and proper packaging of menu items from Commissary
- Ensure proper food temperatures and storage
- Assist in training and coaching kitchen staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
