Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- ability to work full-time including flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- basic mathematical skills for inventory and scheduling
- ability to uphold hygiene and safety compliance
- physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the initial year of employment

Job Duties
- Schedule tasks and manage production processes in the workplace
