Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
- Ability to work full-time including evenings or weekends when required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Capacity to maintain food safety and quality standards
- Physical ability to stand and perform tasks for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- Skilled in managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

- Competence in addressing interpersonal conflicts efficiently
Job Duties
- Schedule tasks and manage production processes
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Supervise daily tasks to ensure efficient functioning
- Uphold food production safety and quality standards
- Maintain secure and organized food storage
- Ensure meals are served according to menu and safety guidelines
- Maintain hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Fill out food safety and temperature records accurately
- Maintain inventory and equipment records
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections
- Suggest equipment upgrades as needed
- Monitor and assess staff performance
- Provide guidance and support to food service staff
- Ensure a safe and hazard-free working environment
- Cover for absent staff when necessary
- Communicate regularly with employees
- Participate in food service staff meetings
- Foster positive relationships among team and clients
- Stay updated on daily catering schedules
- Work occasional evening and weekend catering events
- Perform cashier duties
- Assist with special projects as directed by management
