Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen supervision
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Passion for excellence in food and beverage service

  • Advanced knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Experience coaching and training kitchen staff

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of food and ingredients
  • Maintain required logs and temperature checks
  • Create positive associate relations to promote engagement and reduce turnover
  • Lead team with fairness, firmness, and consistency
  • Train and certify team on expectations and standards
  • Troubleshoot kitchen equipment issues and implement solutions
