- Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen supervision
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of food and ingredients
- Maintain required logs and temperature checks
- Create positive associate relations to promote engagement and reduce turnover
- Lead team with fairness, firmness, and consistency
- Train and certify team on expectations and standards
- Troubleshoot kitchen equipment issues and implement solutions
