Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service supervision preferred
- ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
- commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage teams and schedules
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Job Duties
- Schedule tasks and manage production processes
- create and manage employee schedules
- supervise daily tasks to ensure efficient operations
- maintain food production quality and safety
- adhere to food safety policies and standards
- ensure proper food storage and hygiene
- complete food safety documentation accurately
- update inventory weekly and manage equipment maintenance
- conduct routine maintenance inspections and recommend upgrades
- monitor and assess staff performance
- provide guidance and support to team members
- maintain a safe working environment
- cover for absent staff when necessary
- communicate regularly with employees
- participate in team meetings
- foster positive relationships among team members and clients
- manage catering schedules for timely event preparation and delivery
- work occasional evening and weekend catering functions
- perform cashier duties
- assist with additional projects as assigned
