The Culinary Supervisor position, also known as Heart of House Supervisor, is a pivotal role within Flix Brewhouse’s kitchen operations. This role requires overseeing the daily functioning of the kitchen and supervising a team of hourly employees to ensure smooth service. The Culinary Supervisor steps in as the Kitchen Manager on Duty when the Assistant Kitchen Manager is unavailable and plays a vital role during peak hours by expediting food orders efficiently. This supervisory position is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation, ensuring adherence to recipes, and controlling food costs effectively.
