Job Description

Our company is a distinguished leader in the hospitality and food service industry, known for delivering exceptional dining experiences through a commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Operating within a fast-paced environment, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation, ensuring that our guests enjoy meals that are not only flavorful but also safe and prepared under the utmost hygienic conditions. With a dedicated team of culinary professionals and food service experts, we strive to foster an atmosphere of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation across all levels of our kitchen operations.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our passionate team. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily kitchen activities, managing food preparation processes, and guaranteeing compliance with established health regulations including HACCP and ServSafe standards. The Kitchen Supervisor will lead and mentor kitchen personnel—such as cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers—in supporting an efficient workflow and maintaining a clean, organized back-of-house environment. This position demands a proactive individual capable of resolving operational challenges effectively while spearheading initiatives to improve food quality, reduce waste, and enhance overall kitchen productivity.

In addition to supervising daily food service operations, the Kitchen Supervisor will play a key role in scheduling staff, managing inventory levels, and contributing to food cost control strategies. This leadership position offers a unique opportunity for growth and advancement within the food service team, supported by competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.50 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. We offer an hourly, non-exempt employment type, along with paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee health, financial security, and work-life balance.

Ideal candidates for this role will have prior experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or Food Service Supervisor with proven leadership and team management skills. A strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices is essential. Our preferred applicants will hold certifications such as the SERV Safe Manager Certification, have formal culinary training or education from a culinary school, and have experience in high-volume kitchens within hotels, resorts, hospitals, or institutional food service settings.

This position emphasizes continuous process improvement and a guest-focused mindset that promotes hospitality excellence. Alongside leadership responsibilities, the Kitchen Supervisor will actively engage in process improvements, support menu development, and assist with inventory and kitchen budgeting to drive sustainable food service operations. If you are passionate about leading a professional kitchen team and dedicated to upholding the highest culinary standards, this exciting opportunity is perfect for you.
