Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
  • ability to work full-time including possible evenings and weekends
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • completion of sanitation course required within the initial employment year

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • completed or willing to complete a sanitation course within the first year
  • skilled in managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
  • capable of basic mathematical computations
  • organized and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Schedule tasks and manage production processes in the workplace
