Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Basic kitchen equipment operation and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence and team development
Job Qualifications
- Advanced food preparation techniques knowledge
- Experience coaching and training cooks
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot kitchen equipment issues
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and log maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Make sure all food is prepared according to recipes and meets quality and presentation standards
- Ensure food and ingredients are properly labeled and stored to standards
- Maintain all required logs and temperature checks accurately
- Create positive associate relations leading to high engagement and low turnover
- Lead team in a fair, firm, and consistent manner
- Train team members and ensure up-to-date certifications
- Coach cooks on food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment troubleshooting
