Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years experience in food and beverage industry
  • six months to one year supervisory experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
  • able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • at least six months to one year in a supervisory position
  • knowledge of wine and fine foods preferred
  • fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen food service operations
  • supervise and coordinate culinary staff activities
  • ensure meals are prepared to the highest quality standards
  • develop and implement new menu items
  • manage inventory and control food costs
  • train and mentor culinary staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
