Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or culinary supervision
  • completion of sanitation certification within first year
  • ability to manage staff and workflows
  • capability to maintain food safety standards
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • completion of sanitation course within the first year
  • skilled in managing food service programs for cost and efficiency
  • ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective emotional regulation under pressure
  • conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Schedule tasks and manage production processes
  • create and manage employee schedules
  • supervise day-to-day tasks for efficient functioning
  • uphold food safety and quality standards
  • maintain inventory and equipment
  • monitor and assess staff performance
  • foster positive communication and relationships
  • oversee event catering preparations
  • perform cashier tasks
  • assist with additional projects assigned by management
