Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or culinary supervision
- Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- Ability to work full-time including occasional evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments

Job Duties
- Scheduling tasks and managing production processes in the workplace
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Compile production packets
- Supervise day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning
- Ensure the high standard of food quality and safety
- Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment upkeep
- Oversee and develop employee performance
- Maintain safe work environment and communicate regularly with employees
- Participate in team meetings and foster positive relationships
- Organize catering events and fulfill cashier duties
- Support additional projects as required by management
