Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or culinary supervision
  • Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
  • Ability to work full-time including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
  • Skilled in managing food service programs to optimize costs and efficiency
  • Capability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to regulate emotions and handle pressure effectively
  • Skilled at resolving interpersonal conflicts

Job Duties

  • Scheduling tasks and managing production processes in the workplace
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Compile production packets
  • Supervise day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning
  • Ensure the high standard of food quality and safety
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment upkeep
  • Oversee and develop employee performance
  • Maintain safe work environment and communicate regularly with employees
  • Participate in team meetings and foster positive relationships
  • Organize catering events and fulfill cashier duties
  • Support additional projects as required by management
