Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
- completion of sanitation course within first year if not already done
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to adhering to health and safety standards
- physical capability to handle food service environment demands
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken instructions
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
- experience managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
- basic math skills

- skillful in managing interpersonal conflicts
Job Duties
- Schedule tasks and manage production processes
- create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks for efficient operation
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- maintain secure and well-organized food storage
- uphold serving times and menu compliance
- maintain hygienic conditions following health and safety regulations
- accurately document food safety records
- update and manage inventory weekly
- keep equipment maintenance records
- perform routine maintenance inspections and recommend upgrades
- monitor and assess employee performance
- provide guidance and support to staff
- ensure workplace safety
- cover for absent staff
- communicate regularly with employees
- participate in team meetings
- foster positive team and client relationships
- coordinate catering schedules and ensure timely event preparation
- work occasional evenings and weekends
- perform cashier duties
- assist with special projects as directed by management
