Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
  • completed or obtainable sanitation certification
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • capability to manage a team and foster a collaborative environment
  • commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
  • skilled in managing food service programs to optimize costs and efficiency
