Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage industry
  • at least six months experience in supervisory position
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for culinary arts

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • at least six months to one year in a supervisory role
  • knowledge of wine and fine foods preferred
  • ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • effective communication skills with public and team members

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen food service operations
  • oversee and coordinate activities of culinary staff
  • ensure meals meet highest quality standards
  • manage inventory and control food costs
  • develop and implement new menu items
  • train and mentor culinary staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
