Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage industry
- at least six months experience in supervisory position
- valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for culinary arts
Job Qualifications

- oversee and coordinate activities of culinary staff

- manage inventory and control food costs
- develop and implement new menu items
- train and mentor culinary staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
