The Culinary Supervisor role at Legends reports directly to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef and plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the kitchen. This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and service that Legends is known for. The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for coordinating kitchen activities, ensuring that food preparation and presentation adhere to company guidelines, and supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have professional culinary training or equivalent experience in a busy, high-volume food service environment
- demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with others
- possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- comply with company service, inventory and cash control standards
- understand basic food and beverage preparation and service
- exhibit strong multitasking skills in a team environment
- communicate effectively in English
- physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended event hours
- have mobility to perform physical production tasks for extended durations
- hold 2 to 3 years of experience in high-end dining or club setting
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant or catering facility
- full service casual dining experience preferred
- ability to interact with co-workers
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
- ability to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- ability to read, speak and write in English
- ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- must have two to three years working in a fast paced high-end club or restaurant
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare all food items
- opening and closing duties
- replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the Chef
- set up of non-food items for shift
- maintain high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness
- input daily event sheets and daily reports
- production of menu items in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards
- ability to follow directions precisely and consistently
- maintain work area and proper food storage
- adhere to company guidelines and house rules

- work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within arena
